キール・ハーン

Kjell HAHN

Born in 1978 in Missouri, U.S.A., Kjell Hahn graduated from Truman University in 2001, and first came to Japan at the age of 22. He has been running Shiro Oni Studio, an artist-in-residence program in Onishi, Fujioka, Gunma Prefecture since 2013. To date over 200 foreign artists from 30 countries have stayed participated in the program.

1978年アメリカ・ミズーリ州生まれ。2001年トルーマン大学卒業。22歳で初来日し、2013年からは群馬県藤岡市鬼石でアーティスト・イン・レジデンス「シロオニスタジオ」を経営。これまで30カ国から約200人の外国人アーティストが滞在した。
